There is no phone in room, 24 hrs room serivece is not there. But I still recomend my friends to have space in zenobia during there travell.

Location in Little India is convenient and there is easy access to restaurants.
Room has been on the very small side, and it did not have a window - not ideal if people are claustrophobic....

The room was reasonably clean, ac was working, not too far from mrt station, good food around, hotel owner was friendly and helpful. Area was safe for walking even at night.
Bathroom wasn't that nice, hot water wasn't exactly 'hot', wi-fi signal in my room was too poor. Hard to find hotel from the first time without some local guidance. Get earplugs for a good night sleep!

This hotel is well located, not too far from LRT station to then reach the center, not too noisy during the night, but good activity for daytime.
We were not at all well welcomed by the staff: no smile, no valuable answers to our questions, we were feeling as if we were disturbing them (while they were playing with their mobile phone!!) --- we paid for room+breakfast. But the breakfast is actually some bread and jam left on a table in a warm kitchen, with many many ants, we are supposed to help ourselves and do the dish-washing (for this last thing, maybe would it be nice to inform in the website).

What i like about zenobia hotel are the friendliness of the staff. They are helpfull. Another thing is the location is near the mall (bugis & simlim) and 2 MRT station (bugis or little india). only 10 minutes away from orchard (by train).
basically, the price for a budget hotel its quite fair. the room is small but clean. what i dont like is the mattress are old and need to be renewed. the shower also need renovations. if youre looking for a place just to sleep, zenobia is no problem. the price points similar to hotels in geylang area, but its near city centre, saves you a lot for transportations.

Such convenient environs, be it proximity to mrt stations (Little India & Farrer Park), Mustafa Centre (5 mins), that u only have to know straight roads leading to Zenobia Hotel. Food available in plenty around this Hotel, of a wider variety, veg & non-veg. Least interference by Hotel staff, who were very co-operative during our stay for 7 days. We didn't have to ask for a bright, sunny room, and Mr. David personally arranged for Night Safari's tourist visit, without any advance payments.
Monotonous breakfasts. No variety.

Location was not good, for the price in singapore it was ok, room was clean. Advertise said hotel provides breakfast but there was only bread, margarine, jam, tasteless small cakes on dirty table sometimes few bananas on the table, if u r lucky may get 1 otherwise none. U have 2 wash your own cups, plates. It was a very tight budget hotel. Oh yes internet was free manager was friendly yet business like.
Nothing just less expensive.

The hotel is located in a good location, even though there is a10 minute walk to the MRT. David the hotel Manager is very helpful and understanding. I stayed in a private room with a bathroom. The room is small but suited my purpose. I could leave my documents and other valuables in the room even if there was no locker. There was occasion problems with the Internet but David fixed it as soon as he could. The area is located in little India and so there are tons of indian restaurant if you like it. So if you area budget traveller, need a safe clean place to sleep and would spend most of your day outside in Singapore I recommend this hotel.
